Build Your Own Cleanse
By choosing any 6 juices (each bottle is 473 mL*), you can now make up your own cleanse. Whether you want to supplement your current diet with a healthy compliment or replace your consumption of juice with a healthy alternative, Total Cleanse has the options you want.

I selected the 5 day custom juice cleanse. I am very impressed with how well the juices have kept. I was a little hesitant but I am now on day 4 and they taste just the same as day 1. I liked the option of being able to select your start date and then the delivery was arranged around that. I would order from Total Cleanse again :)

The Build your own was a great option AND for a first time cleanse, I would suggest doing one that is built and geared for your specific goals before building your own.
