I selected the 5 day custom juice cleanse. I am very impressed with how well the juices have kept. I was a little hesitant but I am now on day 4 and they taste just the same as day 1. I liked the option of being able to select your start date and then the delivery was arranged around that. I would order from Total Cleanse again :)

I started with the 5 day Purifying cleanse and then did the Master cleanse for another 5 day. The juices were delicious and satisfying. It helped me to lose my cravings and reset. I was never hungry and felt completely satiated by the end of the day. By the end of the 10 day cleanse I was reenergized and felt wonderful and was able to get on track eating clean and healthy again. Bonus was I lost 12 pounds which further mobilized me as I was struggling to lose any weight as I got older. Would totally recommend and plan to make this a staple in my meal plan.
