Ordering Policy

All orders for any length of cleanse need to be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Your order must be placed no later than 5pm on Friday to start your cleanse on Monday.

Deliveries begin at 9 p.m. on Sunday, Monday or Wednesday evening prior to the start of your cleanse and continue into the early morning of Monday, Tuesday or Thursday no later than 6 a.m. You will receive our insulated cooler bags of juice by the time you start your day on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.

If you live in a building with 24-hour concierge service your juices may be left with them or can be left in front of your door if the building allows.

If you live in a building without a concierge, we suggest that you provide us with a key in advance because we cannot guarantee an early delivery time. Alternatively, the driver can call or buzz you and your cooler bags will be left outside of your apartment door.

Your empty cooler bag/bags will be picked up on the next delivery. Further particulars of your pickup schedule will be provided in your Total Cleanse guide. There is a $25 charge for each non-returned cooler bag.

Customers who live in our Canada wide delivery areas can start their cleanse on Wednesday or Friday and their juice will arrive the previous day by 5 p.m. Your juice will arrive in an insulated cooler box and will be left at your front door. 5 Day Cleanses can start on Wednesday only. Your first 3-days of juice will arrive on Wednesday and your last 2-days will arrive on Friday. The cooler box will not be picked up.


Total Cleanse does not issue refunds. However, you can put your cleanse on hold or transfer it to a family member or friend. You must call or email us at least 48 hours in advance to put your cleanse on hold. Any changes to a Monday order must be placed no later than 5pm on Friday.
