How It Works
Total Cleanse will gently rid your body of modern pollution, toxic waster, chemically treated and processed packaged foods. Total Cleanse is designed for the average person who wants to give their insides a rest instead of stirring up intense side effects as some cleanses do.
It’s beneficial to drink a glass of room temperature filtered water when you wake up. As you drink your water you should feel your body awakening. Soon after, you’ll want to drink your first juice (in numbered order) and schedule your remaining juices every 1 to 2 hours apart. Your last juice should be drunken 1 to 2 hours before you go to sleep. In between each juice you can drink lots of water, water with lemon or cucumber, or herbal or green tea. Drinking water between every juice will help stimulate bowel movements.
Preparing for your cleanse is so important as it will make the transition smoother. You should ideally prepare at least 2 to 3 days in advance but the sooner you start the better. Replacing sugar, meat, dairy, alcohol and coffee with fresh vegetables, fruits, some nuts, seeds and fish is a must. Included in your Total Cleanse Guide is a sample menu for you to follow. We’ve also included a post cleanse menu which is beneficial after you complete your cleanse.
Colonics or an anema (don’t be afraid it’s not so scary!) are very effective ways to help to rid your body of its’ old undigested waste before, during or after your cleanse.
