Natural Mommies Review of Total Cleanse

My juice cleanse with Total Cleanse has come to end and I know you all want to know the nitty gritty right? The short version? I’m feeling great, have been totally recharged again, and am knee deep back into eating healthy and feeling even more excited about exercising. Did I need to do a cleanse to get to this point? Maybe, maybe not…but I sure am enjoying the benefits now that it’s over. The long version? When making the decision to do a juice cleanse or fast, I don’t think you ever really know what to expect. I mean, I did what everyone probably does – google around, read about what I could possibly experience, how did other people do with it, did they make it to the end…but ultimately everyone’s experience is going to be a little different. Similar, but still different. I didn’t get the very common headache that many experience while cleansing. Which was surprising since I had no caffeine while on this cleanse and I’m used to 2+ cups of coffee a day. I was absolutely grumpy though which I’m sure had lots to do with lack of caffeine and being hungry. Yes. I was hungry. Legitimately hungry. I didn’t have severe hunger pangs or a grumbling tummy all day, but I was hungry. Maybe it’s because I wasn’t filling up on as much green juice as I should have been? I admit, I never drank them fully. I loved the lemonade and berry juice and could have drank it all day…maybe I can do a cleanse with just those juices next time?
